Day 1: Addis Ababa β Awassa β Dilla
- Early morning departure from Addis Ababa
- Drive south via the Rift Valley (approx. 6β7 hrs total driving)
- Stop at Awassa Fish Market and Lake Awassa
- Continue to Dilla for overnight
- Overnight: Hotel in Dilla
Day 2: Dilla β Shakiso β Guji Coffee Region
- Morning drive towards Shakiso and the Guji Highlands
- Visit selected Guji coffee farms and smallholder cooperatives
- Learn about organic and shade-grown farming practices
- Meet local farmers and walk through the coffee forest
- Overnight: Lodge or camping in Guji region
Day 3: Full Day Coffee Immersion in Guji
- Visit a wet mill and washing station
- See the harvesting, pulping, fermenting, and drying process
- Cup fresh Guji coffee with local experts
- Optional forest hike or cultural visit to local Oromo community
- Overnight: Lodge or camping in Guji region
Day 4: Guji β Yirgacheffe β Dilla
- Scenic drive northward to Yirgacheffe, another iconic coffee region
- Visit a cooperative or estate to compare processing with Guji

- Drive back to Dilla for overnight
- Overnight: Hotel in Dilla
Day 5: Dilla β Addis Ababa
- Return to Addis Ababa
