📅 Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Addis Ababa – City Tour
- Pick-up at Bole International Airport
 - Visit the National Museum, the Ethnological Museum, and the traditional coffee ceremony
 - Drive to Entoto Hill for a panoramic view
 - Overnight in Addis Ababa
 
Day 2: Addis – Hawassa (Via Rift Valley Lakes)
- Morning drive south via Ziway and Shashamane
 - Visit Rift Valley lakes and the fish market
 - Afternoon arrival in Hawassa, Sidama region
 - Sunset by Lake Hawassa
 - Overnight in Hawassa
 
Day 3: Hawassa – Yirgacheffe – Dilla
- Drive to Yirgacheffe, one of Ethiopia’s most famous coffee-producing zones
 - Visit smallholder farms and washing stations
 - Participate in harvesting (seasonal) and processing
 - Coffee tasting session with local cooperatives
 - Continue to Dilla for an overnight stay
 
Day 4: Dilla – Jimma (via Bonga Forest)
- Scenic drive to Jimma, passing dense coffee forests
 - Stop at Bonga, believed to be the origin of wild Arabica coffee
 - Visit wild coffee forests and traditional farmers

Day 5: Jimma Coffee & Culture Tour
- Visit Jimma University’s coffee research center
 - Explore Aba Jifar Palace (the last king of Jimma)

Day 6: Jimma – Addis Ababa – Departure
